You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, or harms Mystivas, its service providers, its suppliers, or any other user. You also agree not to misuse or abuse the Services, for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our Services may be billed on a subscription basis. These are managed exclusively through the third-party platform where you downloaded the application (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Please refer to their terms for managing subscriptions and payments.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mystivas makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mystivas, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mystivas is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
